Ghanalive.tv – Ghana to face Italy in friendly in October

 Ghanalive.tv can confirm that Ghana’s Black Stars will face previous  ItalyWorld champions in a friendly match on October 15 2013.
According to our sources, the match will take place at Craven Cottage, home of English Premier League outfit Fulham.
Ghanalive.tv has learnt that this game was decided upon after a choice by the Ghana Football Association to turn down the chance to play against Brazil on the same date in China.
Ghanalive.tv understands that this could result in Ghana’s 2014 World Cup play off first leg match against yet-to-be-determined opponents taking place on Friday October 11 2013.
The last time both sides met was during the 2006 World Cup where Italy beat Ghana 2-0
